Our Comacchio 205 is a compact, lightweight and versatile rig. Ideal for sites with restricted access, it can be towed by a 4×4.

Capable of windowless/dynamic sampling, rotary coring, open hole and auger drilling. Frequently used in conjunction with cable percussion to conduct rotary follow on, where deep made ground or significant gravel layers have been encountered.

In-situ tests include SPTs, SPT(c)s and UT100s. On completion, gas and groundwater monitoring wells can be installed.

Lead drillers hold NVQs and all operatives possess CSCS cards. Full health and safety documentation such as risk assessments, method statements, COSHH etc; is carried in each vehicle.
